Sometimes your opinion of the products you have purchased may change, not you. We at zpmkw will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:

1. The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, unopened, displayable in their original packaging, and attached to the purchase receipt.

2. That the goods to be exchanged or returned do not conform to the standard specifications or have defects or defects.

3. You can exchange the products within 14 days from the date of purchase.

4. In the event of a desire to return the order after receiving it intact without any damages, the customer bears the cost of shipping and delivery through the delivery companies contracting with it, provided that the goods to be returned are in their original condition (unused and in its packaging) and attached to the original purchase receipt.

5. Any products whatsoever that were given with the products purchased for free must also be returned.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur to the products while they are in your possession, and in this case we can refuse your request for return or replacement.

In the event of supplying wrong products that do not match your order, damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a replacement product or we will refund you the full amount possible and appropriate including the delivery fees paid as a service to your purchase (if any) and in all cases you must return the wrong or damaged products or incorrect information to us as soon as possible in its original form.
